Thursday Three: 3 Ways to Start Your Fall off Bright
Thursday Three: 3 Ways to Start your Fall off Bright!🍁
🍁Friends, fall is in the air and on the calendar! School is in full swing, football is on TV and the Pumpkin Spice Latte has taken over Starbucks and every other coffee shop. But we all know this fall isn't really like previous falls...
🍁...school is virtual, the football stadiums are void of fans and you can't hang out in the coffee shop like a cool kid while you enjoy your PSL.
🍁What are you doing to kick off the fall season with a bright attitude despite the differences? Here are three ways we think you'll enjoy!
1️⃣ Go for a country drive. Schedule your family an hour or two on the weekend and head out on a scenic drive anywhere in the countryside in your area. Admire the changing leaves 🍂 and the changes in the landscape as the new season sets in. Taking this time to notice can help you appreciate the beauty and strengthen your connection to the natural world. Guess they really knew what they were doing back in the day when everyone took Sunday drives!
2️⃣ Get into the scents of the season! This one sounds simple, but it is so effective to welcoming the change in season! However you scent your house- wax melts, glade plug in, potpourri, beautiful bar of soap by your sink 😉- go get you some fall scents so you can embrace the warmth and the spices of the season!
3️⃣ Set a #personalgoal for yourself to accomplish during the season. It can be anything big or small that you want to accomplish before the holidays and winter set in. Do that handmade fall craft you saw the other day; take a walk on every nice day before the bad weather sets in; Clean out that one closet; Create your holiday shopping list before November...whatever gets your motivation motor running! Having a goal with a set deadline can inspire you to think about your time and the calendar in a different way and give you a sense of pride when you accomplish it.
🍁There we have it, friends! Three ways to start fall off bright. Which one will you try? Or, if you have you own way to start the season off bright, go to our Instagram and share in the comments of this post!
