1️⃣ πŸ“•Joyful by Ingrid Fetell Lee. Wow, this book is amazing! Learn how to get joy out of your every day life and learn why we find joy in the things we do! I listened to this audio book last fall and was blown away. She also has a blog called The Asthetics of Joy.

2️⃣ πŸ“˜The Book of Joy by the 14th Dalai Lama and Desmund Tutu. This book is so moving! Read stories from these two spiritual leaders and their friendship. It will absolutely make you ponder and appreciate everything more.

3οΈβƒ£πŸ“— Make the Most of You: 170 Ways to Be the Best You Can by Patrick Lindsay. Ok, friends, this one sits on my bedside table. Every morning before work, I would open it up to a random page and try to keep the lessons-of-the-day in mind. Each page is a quick action you can take to improve your life, a synopsis & a quote. I love it for the quick, digestible tidbits that keep me mindful of my actions and the world around me.
